A specific instance of the user story in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=969036: alter the email template and test against verification rates.

Should be pretty doable with client metrics if we can get https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1559.
Unassigning myself from bugs that I'm not actively working on, & needsinfo rfkelly to triage. Set component to Metrics: Pipeline for any work requested from the data pipeline team (e.g. heka filters).
