Left some feedback on redpen, still needs a few tweaks. Main concern for me is the background image in the header and making that feel harmonious with the Sandstone theme.

There are multiple layouts that I explored. I sourced an image from our Flickr account and gave it a tan tint.

Much better, I prefer the simplified layout with the circle photo at the top. Just a few other things to consider re. the photo and headline sizes.
