Description:
When users are in Norwegian language the "Forward when unreachable" string on the Call Settings screen is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140813000201
2) Change language to Norwegian(Norsk bokmal) and restart the phone
3) Enter Settings > Call Settings > Choose a sim
4) Observe strings on screen

Actual:
The "Forward when unreachable" string is truncated

Expected:
It is expected the string displays correctly without truncation.

This issue does not occur on Flame 1.4.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
