Steps to reproduce:
We use Xulrunner(1.9.2.9 -20100915222835) as the SWT Browser rendering engine,but got an error "The application has been updated but your Version of SQLite is too old and the application cannot run" when we try to open the SWT widget Browser. We try to use another version of Xulrunner (version 3.6.26 ) but got the same error.
Actual results:
Got an error "The application has been updated but your Version of SQLite is too old and the application cannot run"
Expected results:
SWT Browser should work

It appears that this error is being shown by Eclipse, not by XULRunner. I don't know how this is supposed to work, but since these are ancient-outdated versions of XULRunner anyway, we're not going to track/fix this as a Mozilla bug.
