  1. Launch Dialer app
  2. Stay in keypad page
   or
  1. Launch Settings app
  2. Stay in list page
  
  3. Use terminal to monitor touch event: adb shell getevent -l | grep event0

Expected Result:
  It should have no any touch event if doesn't touch screen

Actual Result:
  Specific devices sometimes send touch events

Now we have two devices have this problem

As patner's replu:
Two defect devices are found that the touch panel modules not working properly (cannot pass partner's TP test). The points in central area cannot receive signals properly.

Already arrange two new devices to replace old ones.
