1. go to Messages and send a message
2. Long tap on the message, and select "View Message Report"
   --> You will see the date&time format on message send report is wrong. Please see attached screenshot.

Hi Peipei,
  This one could be difficult to fix since there should be 3 strings for day,month, and year. I propose this should be an i18n bug.
