Details

Let's create a compare-locales command compare-web-app, which reports on strings in a webapp as used on Firefox OS, following the code layout conventions of gaia:

Localizable strings will be in:

manifest.webapp, any subkey with locales.en-US

locales/*.*.properties
http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n/compare-locales/rev/94524198ba54, marking FIXED.

Will need to collect some feedback still, of course.
