Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load Create a Collection page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/collections
2. Add a Background Image, and complete all the mandatory fields.

Expected results:
The user is able to click the Submit button to create a new collection.

Actual results:
The Submit button remains inactive, even if all the mandatory fields are completed.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF 34 (Win 7).
