Datazilla used to be faster in the past, but in recent months it's sometimes/mostly practically impossible to use.

The symptoms are infinite "loading" animation.

According to jeads one of the reasons is (invisible) timeout someplace.

I suggested two workarounds:

1. If there's a timeout - let the UI reflect it such that the user knows it stopped.

2. Modify the URL _before_ fetching the data rather than after, such that the URL could be reloaded until it hopefully succeeds. Some views require more than one load of the page, and each is prone to such failure (e.g. select the test view, then change the time span).

jeads said he'd hopefully fix 1 soon, and will try to evaluate if 2 is possible.

If the actual cause for the slowness/brokenness could be solved - even better.
