Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.5) Gecko/20011011
BuildID: 2001101117

Installed Mozilla 0.95 (after deleting my previous 0.94 install, as
recommended). On the first launch of the program, the Address entry control
(sorry, don't know the official name) had a client-area height of about 2
pixels. The borders were the normal width (albeit shrunk down to fit the
control), and the width was as normal. The rest of the nav toolbar was fine as
well.

Closed Moz and re-launched, all is well.

Reporter: Now that 0.9.7 is out, does this bug still occur for you?

(as always, be sure to delete your old Mozilla directory before installing the
new one)
Nope, behaves just fine now.
Marking WFM per reporter's comment.
