I (with admin super powers) can delete the review, so I guess its a permissions issue.

Can't reproduce this, and permissions look correct (comment creator, app owner, and admins can all delete)

It may have been fixed with another commit. The bug was for *reviewers* though, not comment creator, app owner or admins. Jai, can you confirm its working now?
