1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/collections
2. Enter name, slug, and an app
3. Save the collection.
expected behavior:
Collection creation is successful.
actual behavior:
Collection creation fails with "background_color: `Not a valid value for `background_color`."
