[Loop] Implement 'busy' call screen
When we receive the 'busy' reason for a call termination event we simply close the call screen and log the call. We need to provide further feedback to the caller about the busy state of the callee, probably playing a 'busy' tone and allowing the user to callback. I'm not sure if there is already any UX defined for this.
Closing the bug as wont't fix, as for the time being there is no plans to include a specific screen for the Call busy, with the "busy" status string in the call screen is enough for Product/UX. Thanks!
