[Flame][KK] cannot copy files to in-device SD card over USB

Details
STR:
Connect Flame KK to mac over USB, after turining on 'Share Using USB' in settings -> media storage
Copy media (mp3 files) to SD card, Eject
Open media app (Music) and locate the newly copied file
Expected:
Newly copied media are listed
Actual:
no files are shown, and when the phone is reconnected to the computer, those files do not appear.

This is no longer reproducible with v165 and latest gaia / gecko
