When I uncheck OCSP in certificates the browser still tested certificate for validity. Webpage would not load. Using Seamonkey 2.26.1

Steps to reproduce:

When I unchecked Online Certificate Status Protocol, OCSP, the browser still checked for validity of certificate.  


Actual results:

The webpage would not load. Warning box stated certificate list future date, or certificate out of date.


Expected results:

When the box was unchecked, the browser should have stopped looking for the OCSP Certificate. An loaded the webpage.
