Windows Profile Unlocker should inject crash reporter into target process

Before terminating the target Firefox process we should inject the crash reporter so that we can learn more about why that process was not shutting down in a timely manner.

If we want the crash reporter dialog to show up, we should probably programmatically do something very similar to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/How_to_Report_a_Hung_Firefox - windows code is at https://github.com/bsmedberg/crashfirefox-intentionally If we *don't* want the crash reporter to show up, we'll have to do some additional work and I'm not sure how we communicate that to the hung process.
