Description:
When users are in Fulah language the "Power save mode" string is truncated in the Battery settings.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140815000200
2) Change language to Fulah(Pulaar-Fulfulde) and restart the phone
3) Enter Settings > Battery
4) Observe strings on page

Actual:
The "Power save mode" string is truncated

Expected:
It is expected that there are no truncated strings

Fixed. Not tested. Please check of OK. Maybe font size could be reduced? Sometimes we just cannot shorten too much without altering meaning...
