The string <<Ne spuri>> appears inside angled brackets in the "Do Not Track" section of Settings

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140815000200
2) Open Settings and change the language to Esperanto
3) Open Settings > Do Not Track

Actual:
<<Ne spuri>> is displayed inside angled brackets

Expected:
Ne spuri is displayed without angled brackets

I'll take a leap of faith and mark this as invalid. This seems like a valid localization choice (and those are not brackets, they're quotation marks).
