When you create a default table and then choose to have the Above Table caption 
on, after typing in some text and then use the backspace key, causes trails in 
the upper right hand side box of the table


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open composer
2.Create default table(2x2), by clicking icon for table, then click ok.
3.Open table properties, right click in box and choose table cell properties.
4.Click the table tab up top.
5.Right side chose the above table option under caption, then click ok.
6.Start typing a few words in the first box of the table.
7.Hold down the backspace key

Actual Results:  Following the above steps, results in, trail lines in the 
upper right box of the table.

Expected Results:  I was expecting the upper right box to still be blank, 
because I have not entered anything into it.

I think this is a layout issue..

Changing to another maximized window and then back shows the table rendering
correctly.  :)

I'm not sure if this is related -- and I haven't been unable to come up with a
testcase to reproduce it -- but I've seen some weirdness with Backspace and
forms in build 2002-04-29-branch on WinNT.

I was filing a bug comment (much like this one!).  I typed a multiline entry,
then tried to backspace from the very end of the last line -- the cursor jumped
to the "end" of the previous line and deleted from there?!  I fixed that line,
used the arrow keys to jump down again, and it did it again.  I found that there
was an extra half-space (hidden EOL character?) at the end of the bottom line
and using the left-arrow key to skip it allowed Backspace to work properly...

wfm winxp 20040100906, please reopen with a screenshot if this is still an
issue, I could not reproduce it.
