Bug 951624 improves how we implement actions in UnifiedComplete and autocomplete.xml. One of the review comments that came out of this was that it would be good to use this to implement search matches (from bug 1034381). Those are currently passed to the UI by relying on splitting on a magic string, which has the potential to be unreliable.
