Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch the feed-dev packaged app on your firefoxOS device with region set to RoW
2. Find the custom featured app Solitaire
3. Click on the "Free" button to install the app

expected behavior:
Install is successful

actual behavior:
Install fails with 08-18 14:27:43.479 E/GeckoConsole(  932): [JavaScript Error: "TypeError: o is undefined" {file: "app://packaged.marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/media/js/include.js" line: 427}]
