steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-feed-dev.allizom.org/?region=restofworld 2. Notice there are 4-app editorial brands expected behavior: Only 3 apps are shown on the feed and we have a 'View All' link actual behavior: We show all the 4 apps in the feed block
