The documentation in js/src/doc/Debugger has become sort of disorganized. (Sorry this patch took so long; there have been a lot of distractions today.) ---- Clean up Debugger.Memory's documentation, and link to it from the main Debugger API page. Now the page begins with summaries of Debugger.Memory's features, with references to specific accessors and methods; and then a reference section that describes them in detail below.

I think Splinter doesn't like this patch. But if you use 'Diff' to view it, it seems to all be there.
