Mac installer should not flatten xpcom.xpi

Details
The mac installer currently flattens xpcom.xpi at install time, which was done because of CFM linkage issues (components need to find non-component DLLs). This causes the Mac installer to be "different" to the other platforms, which results in bugs like bug 105437. We should fix this.
