1055692 - Define what newsletters are sent in connection with Firefox Services

The Cloud services team is scoping an integration with Engagement.  When a user creates a Firefox Account, he or she will see a prompt to optionally sign-up for newsletters.  The thread is here: https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/992#issuecomment-52574073

The question in this bug is: what newsletter will users receive when they sign up for newsletters in connection with registration for a Firefox Account? 
Options:
(1) Specific product: Firefox Services news only
(2) Mozilla products: this means you can send Firefox Services, Firefox, Firefox OS, and Marketplace mailings
(3) Mozilla products and Mozilla mission: this means you can send news on any Mozilla product, in addition to general info. on Mozilla, Mofo, etc.

The answer to this question is needed to phrase the language in the UX.  The proposed UX language is limited to Firefox news: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4drbw5ttijtunab/ce-snippet.pdf

Currently each MoCo product (Firefox, Firefox OS, Marketplace) has a webpage with a "sign-up for newsletter" option.  The type of newsletter depends on the product. Hey Ben, should we have a quick meeting? I was talking with Mary C. about this earlier today, and reading this bug reminds me that the open issues were (1) what the best user experience would be (non-legal issue) and (2) what content people would be signing up for (legal issue, since the scope of consent was narrow and I wanted to confirm if it should remain that way or be broader so people could be emailed about more than just Firefox, for example, Firefox newsletter + year end Mozilla donation email).

Hi Ben, recapping what we talked about this morning with Brent (not sure how to add him to this bug). Focusing on a life cycle marketing concept, the idea is to communicate with users beyond just a Firefox newsletter.  For example, email 1 might be on the benefits of Firefox Accounts, email 2 might be on Hello, email 3 might be the Fx newsletter, etc.  

In addition, there are currently 2 places for Firefox Account signup.  On desktop and also on FxOS first time use.  Ideally, our opt-in language should be consistent across both platforms to make it easy to implement and maintain.

Legal advice:
(1) The opt-in checkbox consent should cover multiple products instead of a single product.  For example, "Signup for news on Mozilla and our products and services".  This covers messages on any product + possible donations and is very broad.  
- It's totally fine if you want to tweak the above language to make more friendly and short.  

(2) During the opt-in users should have access to the Websites, Communications  & Cookies Privacy Notice (the URL is: https://www.mozilla.org/privacy/websites/). 
- A separate checkbox is not required.  For example, below the opt-in checkbox, you can have a line that says "By proceeding you agree to our Privacy Notice" or "Questions? See our Privacy Notice"
- Again, you can tweak this language.  

(4) If you tweak the language, please share w. me one more time :)
(3) Also, please send the UX mock my way before it goes to localization and production.

Hi Steve, this is a new commercial contract with a company called Social Chorus. Kristin Baird is the business contact for Mozilla.  I've been working with her on the RFP process and can give you more background.  Their draft Terms, SOW, SLA and order form are attached.  We'll make changes on top of their paper.
