The icons should be substantially smaller in the circle, and on hover the colors should inverse (white background, blue icon).

Unblocking this because it's going to be too drastic a code change this close to freeze. It should get fixed though, per comments on the half-finished PR: https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/577
