Steps to reproduce:

have visited a site. when the page is fully loaded..call for a new tab and enter any site URL. In new tab when the loading icon is working.. back to the previous tab and watch the back button hover icon.


Actual results:

hover icon is cracking when web page is loading.. but after loading its  like ok.


Expected results:

normal hover not cracking hover.

please watch attached video, think it will clear.

Can you reproduce this in safe mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode
BTW from your user agent it seems like you were on Chrome, not Firefox.

now its ok on nightly :)
