As a note, the provided diffs don't apply cleanly (looks like they're from the localizer patches).  Due to the lateness in the cycle, I've applied the changes here, and I'll land them shortly.

Did we need create another bug for this QSs?

If there aren't bugs opened on the localizations themselves, please open them in the correct component under Mozilla Localizations.  This bug/component only handles custom builds for partners, I'm not involved in the core localizations.

Mike, could you please help me with finding the correct place for the issue? Or show an example. I've never worked with core localizations either. Is it Core or Firefox Desktop product? Also, I wasn't able to find the Localization component, in L there is only Location Bar.
