User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/36.0.1985.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

I installed a new instance of bugzilla 4.4.5 on windows server 2008 r2 using IIS.


Actual results:

Bugzilla appears to work normally but all "Add an Attachment" buttons are missing from bugs.  You can see and download existing attachments but there is no link or button to add an attachment to new bugs or to existing bugs.  If you manually enter the URL to add an attachment to a bug you can.


Expected results:

There should be an Add an Attachment button on new bug page.
There should be an add an attachment link on existing bug pages.

Pretty sure you have some custom CSS rules or templates somewhere which interact with Bugzilla 4.4.5. You cannot reuse custom CSS rules or templates from Bugzilla 3.2.2 as is in 4.4.5. IIS vs Apache doesn't matter to render HTML.

I have the same problem with a new 4.4.9 installation.  Did you get this resolved?
