I'm not sure where to file this, so Gaia::Settings for now.

STR:
1. Insert $3/day T-Mobile SIM (that was acquired in PDX) into Flame while in Canada, radio off
2. Drive from YYZ to ~DCA; after crossing the border, turn radio on
3. Flame cellular radio landed on AT&T, so I switched it to manual mode (under Settings) and selected T-Mobile instead -- this step took some time, but when it was done, the UI in the attachment was shown

Expected: should only show "Connected" to one carrier at a time.
