In follow up to 964568, it was brought to attention from a contributor that #helpdesk would be a tag to add to the function that generates a help desk ticket in zendesk. So for I have seen one tagged, now four with this filter: [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/all?tagged=helpdesk&show=all] I may have to monitor this to see if more user begin to use this tag.
