The cursor location is not in the text field.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140820040203
2) Open Settings app
3) Proceed to 'Screen Lock'
4) Select 'Passcode lock'

Actual:
The cursor is not in the correct location.

Expected:
The cursor is at the correct lofcation.
