The stage environment for the wiki seems to be significantly out of date -- the point where its not really feasible to use as a testing ground for wiki.mozilla.org.  

It should be updated to match production.

* Pulled in a fresh db dump from production.
* Ran the maintenance script.
* Rsync-ed images from prod.
* Made sure extensions were at the same version.
* Did an apache graceful of the stage web heads.

This should now be working.  The front page shows the Vector styling and the test case mentioned in bug 1056090 now works.
