Details

If you move a marks button out of the menu panel into the toolbar, the panel will not size correctly.

STR

- add demo provider
- move marks button (flag) into menu panel
- open menu panel, toggle marks button
- customize and move marks button to toolbar
- open button

expected:

panel sizes to content

got:

panel sticks to minimum size
I assumed this also affected aurora/nightly since beta was affected.  Apparently (probably due to the fix for bug 1011598) they are not.  closing as wontfix.
