The module owners document that is automatically generated by despot messes up
the document links. Despot assumes that there can only be one link, while often
modules have several documentations links which despot tries to make into one.

Additionally, Gervase updated the header part of the file manually, which was
wiped out by the automatic update.

CCing myk, who is working on the module owners list, and mitchell, who wrote the
new blurb for the document. Updating the blurb should be easy for someone (e.g.
Dawn) with full despot access. I think.
