A bunch of recently-added platforms are not being parsed correctly in the wait times emails generated via buildapi. These include:
* Mavericks
* b2g VMs
* emulator VMs
In addition, there are some platforms that we've decommissioned that we can just remove:
* old Win7
* Lion
We can also take this opportunity to change win2k3 to win2k8 finally.
Patch incoming.
