Because the rocket bar is expanded on the lockscreen, we should add an exception and show the maximised status bar instead of the minimised one.

This bugs resolution was slightly more complex than Bug 1056004 because time update was disabled and hidden in lockscreen. I had to reactivate it by removing code involved into its deactivation.
Vivien, how does it look to you?

It has been fixed as per https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1050237.
Also hiding the time is an intended behaviour (see comment 1 above).
