Steps to reproduce:

As I was using Firefox version 29.0, Firefox stated an upgrade was available and upgraded my Firefox to version 30.0, once completed the program worked fine until the next day I used Firefox and upon Starting it, All My Open Tabs were Lost, Gone and only One Tab Open with Firefox Homepage. I went To "Main Menu", "History" and tried to do "Restore Previous Session" but it was ghosted and could not be selected. This happened a few times but I was over it.

Later, Firefox version 31.0 became available and having Firefox on Auto Upgrade I was looking forward to the New Version. However, Firefox v31.0 is Worse than the previous version, because Many Times My Open Tabs Are Lost and "Restore Previous Session" is Always Ghosted and Can't Be Selected!. I would use Firefox v31.0 and have about 20 Open Tabs and Close the program normally, and Shut Down Windows 7.

The Next Day, I use Firefox again and My Open Tabs are Gone Again! and I cannot do a Session Restore from anywhere because this Feature is Ghosted and Can't Be Selected. Too many times My Open Tabs are Lost, Gone with Just One Tab Open with Firefox home page being displayed and Nothing Can Done To Restore My Session because "Restore Previous Session" is Greyed Out and Cannot Be Selected To Do a Session Restore as it Used To Do in Firefox Version 29.0.


Actual results:

I used Firefox version 31.0 about Six to Seven Times Through Out the Day and 3 Times I had Lost All My Open Tabs (about 20 open tabs) were gone and reduced to One Tab with Firefox Home Page. I try to do a "Restore Previous Session" like I have done many times in the past which would Restore My Session with the Full Open 20 Tabs Perfectly. However, since Firefox version 30 & 31, I cannot select Restore because it's always Ghosted! and Will Not Allow Me To Do a Restore.


Expected results:

When using Firefox and My 20 Open Tabs are Lost, I can select from the Firefox Menu "Restore Previous Session" and All My Previously Open Tabs Would Be Restored as it Was in My Previous Browsing Session. Since using Firefox version 30 & 31 It has been a terrible experience. Firefox v29.0 was the Best version for me and I wish I could go back to version 29.0. Thank You.

session:restore seems to work in ff32.0.3. but I did lose my tabs after a reset (not directly) and then a restart of ff.
