Technical requirements have been met and performance testing outcomes do not block go-live

I highly recommend moving Feed v1 to production. Highly.
It meets PRD! yeah! From Product standpoint I recommend moving to production.
Good to go from my perspective

Things that still need to be tested (testing is not 100% complete)
 - Payments
 - Exclusions (region, device, statii)
 - Button changes
 - QA has not tested with real content which scott has/is entering
 - Localization spot-checking is still underway
 - Payment buttons don't match consumer pages (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1057459) <-- not really related to Feed but affects the overall site UX.

So far the region exclusions seem to work fine. We have two more days to go for testing.

Give that I am unhappy about the bake time, let's ship
2 Open P1s
1 fixed P1 to be verified

Testing not complete:

P1 - Localization spot-checking is still underway - localizations are not all in. Krupa thinks they exist but there are not pulled in.
- - - Spanish / Portugese must-haves (Tony, Almstrom, Bialer)

P3
- Button changes - worried but not blockers
- Payments - not very worried
- Exclusions (region, device, statii) - not very worried

P3
- Payment buttons don't match consumer pages (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1057459) <-- not really related to Feed but affects the overall site UX
- - - Ranked a P3 (Tony)

P3
- QA has not tested with real content which scott has / is entering - risk that content can change function and presentation of the pages. biggest risk is that content won't properly support content filtering
- Can be fixed in real time - risk that it will get cached.

Recommendation:
- Team: meet again on Monday early for Go/No-Go part II - 10am Monday PST
- Wil working with Peiying on Spanish and Brazilian Portugese P1
- Team to fix open P1s (2) - Krupa to verify current resolved (P1s)
- Tag today, move to stage
- Cherry pick spanish and portugese Monday / Tuesday

Fail forward strategy in place in case things go completely haywire
P1 - Spanish - missing strings - Peiying (we can talk to her)
P1 - Screenshot swipe not working - Chuck
P1 - Apps icons are not displayed in Featured apps section (Krupa)

Operator Shelf Colors
- Not all the colors are in - we need their color values for Chuck to hardcode
- any bad color palettes we would have to live with for a week

P3
- Button changes - worried but not blockers
- Payments - not very worried
- Exclusions (region, device, statii) - not very worried
- changing regions impacts apps displayed
- Payment buttons don't match consumer pages (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1057459) <-- not really related to Feed but affects the overall site UX

Recommendation:
- need to clear our open P1s
- meeting again later today for 15 minutes
Recommend moving to production. Recommend taking a few days to iron out some "acceptable bugs" that got into launch.
Flags: needinfo?(ddurst)
P1 - No P1s in the queue

Outstanding Testing:
P1 - Scott to input user-facing nomenclature into Keys -

P2 - Feedback link missing in Spanish : users will have a hard time navigating to it
P2 - Have not tested new locale strings pulled in today (Spanish)
P2 - Have not tested all the localized strings inside Feed titles / content (Editorial)
P2 - De-listed apps showing in Feed Editorial elements

P3
- Operator Shelf Colors : Not all the colors are in - we need their color values for Chuck to hardcode (any bad color palettes we would have to live with for a week)
- Button changes - worried but not blockers

Recommendation:
- Scott making final editorial changes this evening, new patch will be accepted and tested tomorrow morning
- 11 am push may be delayed - but we're expecting a go-live tomorrow
