If a user modify an existing Windows configuration not to include the CD Autorun
option the output binary coexist with the previous binary that have the CD
Autorun option in the Output directory.

I tested various scenarios:
* winxp: cd -> no-cd
no-cd -> cd
* linux: cd -> no-cd
no-cd -> cd
All seem to be fine. However, in the case of cd -> no-cd, Output\Shell\ was not
deleted. I picked one of the linux output to install on linux. Works fine, too.
However, formal QA verification is still needed.
Verified with CCK Build 2001-10-24-07 on Win2K.
