Can't click "Download Now" button before Google scripts are loaded

As the attachment show, when I visit this page in China:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/clear-console/?src=hp-dl-featured
There is no response when I click "Download Now" button before the Google scripts are loaded.
The function works after 1-2 mins.
The Google service is always blocked by China Great Firewall.
It's very bad user experience for the China user.
Please help to fix this bug.
