It's becoming harder to find snippets in common between locales to create files :-)

We're up to 5 variants.

sep2014_a.lang: cs, de, es-ES, fr, it, pl
sep2014_b.lang: id, ja, ko, nb-NO, nl, ru, zh-CN
sep2014_c.lang: bn-BD, el, hi-IN, hu
sep2014_d.lang: pt-BR
sep2014_e.lang: sq

Status will give the list of locales for each file, and the status.
Translate will give you the translations.

Files are always stored in SVN inside each locale's folder.

I'll file bugs starting from Sep 8 for locales without activity.

What about the 100 characters limit? 

I'd assume the 5 Google CTA snippets should have that, but there's one that's about 170 chars long.

We're going to test that longer snippet (plus we want to provide more context around specific add-ons). So the character count is fine as long as we can keep it around that for the other locales. Thanks!
