Description:
When importing a contact saved on the sd card to a contact with the exact same first and last name, phone number and email address as an facebook already synced with the phone the two contacts should merge as one contact linked to facebook, but instead two duplicate contacts are created.  


Repro Steps:
1)  Update a Flame to 20140821040201
2)  Create contact that will match facebook contact to a T < export it to sd card 
3)  Remove contact from list < sync phone to facebook < import identical contact


Actual:
Two identical contacts with no linking or merging occurring 


Expected:
Contact is merged with identical facebook contact
