1057594 - Implement reviewer leaderboard(s) for AMO

We could use a leaderboard like the one in Marketplace: https://marketplace.firefox.com/reviewers/leaderboard/. Maybe there should be two: one for add-ons and one for themes, but we could have a single one provided we also get bug 958266 fixed.

Just like the one in Marketplace, it should show the points and levels for all reviewers that are level 1 or above.

It's not broken down by type of add-on but it exists.

Ah, you're right. I forgot it's only linked to from queue pages. Maybe we should make it easier to find...

I think that would be solved with bug 1037659.
