Do we care about these probes still? As part of the telemetry probe cleanup they're going to be tagged to expire in 40 - if we don't want them any more we might as well remove them now.

I have looked at these probes, but I can't say that I have done anything actionable with them.

One thing I have used the LOWMEN_TAB_COUNT probe for is trying to guess how many tabs people typically have open. Granted, this probe is not really designed to answer that question.

TAB_EXPIRED might be something we should analyze a bit, to see what the data is telling us.

TAB_ZOMBIFED doesn't seem to give much useful information.

Remove probes

We should have enough existing data from TAB_EXPIRED to derive conclusions. Either way I don't see the probe's continued existence being of much value, so I'm happy removing it.
