Details
When I received my Flame device it ran FxOS 1.3, I put a T-Mobile USA SIM card in and it worked (both phone functionality and 3G data). When I shallow-flash[1] the latest nightly, the phone does not recognize the SIM card any longer, in neither of the two slots. The same is true for 1.4 or aurora. When flashing back to the Flame "v123" base image[2], everything works again. OK looks like it's fixed now? STR: - flashed back to v123 base image (which is apparently different from the T2Mobile image it came with, because it shows "Thundersoft" when booting up) - shallow-flashed up to latest nightly again - pushed font update (first iteration crashes phone with "Error read-only file system") - reset battery for hard reboot - pushed font update again (worked, this time) - reboot Works. Ugh.
