Steps to reproduce:

Downloaded file  file downloads > progress shows Unknown time remaining 261 of 261 KB


Actual results:

file downloads > progress shows Unknown time remaining 261 of 261 KB 
entry will not clear, you can not stop it or delete it.  The file is downloaded but will not clear.
If you close Firefox and reopen it the download still shows as active.
Deleting downloads.json clears it until the next time.  Does not do it every download but most.  First exhibited on Firefox Setup 32.0b9


Expected results:

Download should have completed and been clear-able.
