This is a follow up for bug 976678

During Loop/VoIP calls the sound alert for new SMS does not beep.

Steps to reproduce:

1- Make a Loop/Voip call with the DuT and keep it active.
2- Send a SMS to the DuT.
3- Verify if the alert sound is reproduced when the short message arrives during the Loop/Voip call.
    
Actual results:

The new short message is not alerted with an alert sound.

Expected results:

The new message should be indicated with a short "beep" sound to make the user look at the screen.
