When visiting a URL with a very long file name and/or very long title (e.g. an image), the tooltip for the tab and URL bar is visually truncated on the right side. This includes the tooltip overlay styling (border+corners).
Additionally, it causes truncation of additional lines (regardless of whitespace) since the tooltip is internally, apparently, still offering space for more text that overflows but is hidden from view.

I'm not sure what you mean with "aqua theme" but this occurs on Windows 7 with the default Aero styling.
I reproduce it with the default Win 7 theme.

This was fixed in bug 805039, in Firefox 89 and later (almost a year ago)
