Please create train-20 branches for fxa-content-server and fxa-auth-server. 

I see Danny already cut train-20 for fxa-auth-server.

I'll take care of fxa-auth-db-server and fxa-customs-server. Thanks.

I built rpms and deployed stacks to stage and switched DNS.
